Our sales advisor was Ian Parr who was extremely patient and advised us well on the purchase of my new sofas.

We were helped in store by Ian Parr, he was a fantastic help and extremely polite. Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive!

Danny Balcerzak gave excellent service. Keen to clearly understand what we were after - no hard sell. Identified a suitable product which met our needs which we then ordered

It took us a couple of weeks and frequent visits to choose our new furniture. We would like to thank Steve, Danny, David and John for their expert help and patience. No pressure sales, very relaxing environment with loads of choice of quality items at great prices. They even give you a lovely hot drink whilst browsing. Definitely will go back if we want anything else.

My mattress arrived today. The whole experience from start to finish has been excellent.

I chose a Hypnos mattress after much debate, a decision guided by the excellent Karolina Wylezek who was very knowledgeable and patient.

The delivery process was flawless. A phone call to say the mattress had arrived, a booking for the following day and follow up emails to confirm.

The team delivering were polite, careful and friendly. They ensured everything was as requested and ensured that I was happy before they left. The collection of the old mattress was performed at the same time.

We would like to complement Peter Williams and Kelly Langton on their professionalism and care towards us as we were making our purchase of the Glendale sofa and armchair.

Great service, we made two visits and dealt with Steve Corns on both occasions. His sales manners was excellent, there when we needed him, able to answer our questions without pressurising for a sale.

The store is set out well, is uncluttered and easy to get around, with many styles of suites etc.

I would highly recommend Steve and Doors to Value.

This was our first visit. The staff were all lovely and once they knew what we were looking for we were directed to the right part of the shop. It was Kelly who helped with our purchase and made our shopping experience a pleasant one.

Extremely hepful and knowledgeable. Dawn was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to browse and consider our options, making sure we were happy with our final choice.Our home is almost completely furnished by Doorway to Value. Just the bedroom furniture now, which we have chosen and will be next on our list. A big thank you to your courteous staff.

We are having to convert a room downstairs for my husband who isn’t well so we need a bed urgently. Dawn was so helpful in finding the perfect bed. We also need a unit to put a tv on, again she helped us find one. I would like to thank both Ian and Dawn for the help and advice they gave my son and myself. We always return to Doorway to Value as we know we will get what we want and the staff are wonderful.

Showroom, staff and service is fantastic. The furniture is so good you are spoilt for choice. Staff are knowledgeable and always helpful no matter how undecided you are! Thanks to Dawn we were made to feel like a valuable customer. Would recommend to anyone.

Danny was friendly, helpful and approachable throughout our visit. He gave us some useful and honest guidance about the quality and standard of the furniture available, without ever coming across as being the typical pushy salesperson.

After seeing a sofa on line I decided to go to doorway to value and have a look, when I entered there's so much to choose, I was approached by a Mr David Thompson, he asked politely did I need any help so explained, he took me straight to the sofa but after sitting on it didn't find it was for me, so he said could he advise me on another which I loved straight away so purchased the sofa now awaiting for delivery, Mr David Thompson was so helpful

The experience from start to finish at DWTV is great from start to finish hence my continued return custom All the sales team make you feel that noting is too much trouble and there is absolutely no sense of pressure to purchase. Since placing the order I have been regularly kept up to date.
