Website said the door I wanted was a free order so ordered it. Heard nothing more until I started chasing them and they said the cost would be £250. Obviously a scam to draw you in and then start charging

We were extremely pleased with the service, the telephone contact , the helpfulness of the staff, the delivery and the quality of the product.
We had considered other door companies but the reviews were awful and we were so relieved and thrilled to find door world at last. Nothing was too much trouble - and they really are a first class company which we would highly recommend. Thank you so much. C Hood

Everything I would want from a door…
Everything I would want from a door retailer. Knowledgeable help, excellent stock, flexible approach. I ordered seven internal doors from them over a two year period. Browsing their showroom helped me choose. They helped me load them into my estate car, I can't remember if delivery was an option but I was happier to just drive the doors home myself. I got good advice on hanging / trimming them and the priming / painting or staining / waxing options. Would 100% recommend.
