The shipment is very bad

The shipment is very bad!
I ordered 2 products ans it took like how many days in the warehouse, they should consolidate the shipment if u order multiple products by default as the apps is in japanese its confusing the remarks if u want to consolidate! They should be strict of product are fake as i purchase used and counterfeit!!!

Terrible first experience

- Customer Service/Ticket takes too long for response
- While coupon is good, the period is so short, also most of coupons are just for Flea market but not Shop finds
- Refund takes really long, they said it will be refunded around 24 Hours, but No.
- Guess what? One of my wishlist item already sold out because the items still waiting to get refunded and top of that, the coupon is already expired too.

(I will change the rating if I already satisfied.)

It's my first time purchasing from…

It's my first time purchasing from doorzo. Can't believe it's cheaper then in store in Singapore. But the shipping fee it's pricey. So far I have no issues in using the app. I would 💯 Recommend to my family and friends but sadly they don't like online shopping like myself.

Decent shopping platform

Doorzo team has reached out to me and offer compensation of 200 yen. Although it wasn’t a lot but it was still genuine of them to offer me this none the less. I guess the seller got away as the winner while both of us are the losers. Hopefully in future there will be a system implemented whereby such unethical practices by sellers get punished too. With that I had adjusted my rating to be fair to doorzo team.

I would had rate it zero if I could. TLDR, I won an auction on doorzo platform and payment was deducted after securing my bid. 5 days later I received a message saying the item has been sold by the seller. FFS an auction that I won has been sold off the shelf to another buyer?! Refund was given but hello there’s exchange rate difference 5 days later so i obviously didn’t get my full amount back.
So I message their customer service expecting them to be able to resolve my issue and unhappiness. But all they offered was an insincere apology, stating there’s nothing they can do on their end. It’s like they are telling me “oh too bad for you brother go sulk!” How could they not see that I am a victim of their flawed system that doesn’t protect the consumer?? In the past they will have some form of compensation and they will value or take into consideration such bad shopping experiences. But now they just leave you to die since they probably have a notable customer base. Safe to say I’m going to call time being a supporter of their platform after years of using their platform to make purchase.

Doorzo is great, it is quite expensive for the delivery but it comes quick on deciding what delivery method your going to choose but when I received my order it was absolutely fine and in good condition.

Best Japanese Proxy Service

Doorzo is by far the best Japanese proxy service I have ever used, and I can say that because I’ve been using them for over a year now after switching from my previous proxies (I’ve tried DeJapan, Neokyo, and Buyee).

Doorzo offers plenty of services that other proxies don’t, such as the ability to leave a comment on listings (when applicable), no proxy fee coupons among many other coupons, and the ability to search across multiple sites at once. They also offer 60 days of free storage for your items after they arrive at their warehouse, whereas most other proxies offer only 30 at most.

Buying an item from, let’s say, Mercari on Doorzo is significantly faster and easier compared to buying with other proxies because you don’t have to browse on the Mercari website, copy the link/title of the listing, and paste it to the proxy website search bar and then go through even more steps to purchase the item because everything can be done on the Doorzo app. This helps a TON when you’re trying to snag a popular item.

Doorzo also offers exceptional customer service. I reached out about an issue with the user interface and they got it fixed within two days.

From my personal experience, it takes on average 5 days for a parcel to ship out after I pay for consolidation and international shipping, and each time my packages have arrived with all items in excellent condition.

I would highly recommend Doorzo.

Doorzo is great! however…

I really like how simple it is to navigate the app, and it’s super convenient for someone overseas. They handle everything quite well too. The only problem I have is I’ve noticed the shipping fees have increased by a fair amount for even just the smallest of items. It’s frustrating that i’m spending more money on shipping than the actual product, and it’s too late to change your mind once it’s in the warehouse.

Doorzo Good App

It's a good app
It tells you the amount to be paid and when the item arrives at the warehouse

It's shows up in the status of the item
And will only ask for shipping fees if it arrives at warehouse so I know I paying for the item and the service I paid for

Seller sent wrong items intentionally. No refunds for buyer.

​I am writing this review to share my recent experience with Doorzo's service, which potential buyers should be aware of.
​My issue concerns two separate orders I placed through the platform. In both cases, the seller sent me an incorrect item.

​When I contacted customer service to resolve this, I was informed that they were unable to provide a refund for the incorrect items, despite the seller being at fault. Furthermore, I was still charged the associated service and/or shipping fees for these wrong items.

​My experience suggests that the buyer protection policy may not cover all purchasing issues, even in cases of clear seller error. I advise anyone considering this service to be aware of this risk and to carefully review their terms and conditions, as you may have limited recourse if you receive an incorrect item.
