I have been waiting for 2 orders; since December and April, now telling my that they're closing down, not answering my emails and being impossible to reach. They owe me €3261,45 that i paid for pre-orders, and really i just want it back.

I give a star because I can't give zero! I asked for my return in March and after 2 months nothing had yet arrived despite having asked for it several times .. after months I asked for products instead of money and he sent me random things he wanted without arriving at the true main order value and does not even respond to emails..a real scam! Don't buy anything!

Bad service at all
Preordered products back in autumn last year which should have arrived in February this year. Since then i got always messages with postponing the orders. The shop is taking days if not weeks to answer questions or messages in general. Other customers are waiting for weeks & months for refund. Now i cancelled all my orders but didn't get any confirmation and again no reply on my messages. Be aware.

Waiting now 2 months for my refunds! They always told me that I would get them in the next week but I didnt get anything. The support didnt answer the last 2 weeks. Very bad service.
