Delivery arrived very promptly to Ireland within 8 working days, as listed on the order email. Clothes are of excellent quality and fit like a glove based off the size guide for each item. I had one request on the back of receiving the order so I reached out to customer service via email on a Saturday and that same request was processed within 3 hours, no questions asked, by Georgie who was so helpful and polite. 5* for customer service. Will recommend to all to purchase snow/ski gear from Dope!

Ordered a puffer snow board jacket that i needed quick as i was going skiing. there was some issues with the delivery company so i wasn't sure whether i was going to get it in time. when i reached out to the guys at Snow Dope, they were willing to send me out the same jacket with express delivery, free of charge. My jacket came within the next couple of days and the quality is so good. I will definitely be ordering off snow dope again!

I bought my Legacy jacket over the summer. I have snowboarded with it 6 times this season, 4 days in the 30's and 40's and 2 days in the teens and 20's. It worked great, I have to say, I really like it.

The liners in the sleeves where the thumb pulls through really help keep the heat in with my gloves on the cold days. When zipped fully up, the flap is not too restrictive. On the warmer days it lays flat and did not pop us when boarding. The pit zips work well, though you need to take your glove off to work them on the chair lift - maybe a larger zipper would help.

I have recently had the BEST experience with Dope and especially their online chat team - Georgie and Alix. I asked my mum for a pair of Dope gloves for Xmas. My mum suffers from Early onset Vascular dementia and gets a bit confused, unfortunately she ordered the gloves 5 times. As you can appreciate this was a lot of money to debit her account. After I chatted with Georgie and mum also spoke to her, it was resolved very quickly. Georgie said as soon as I got them we could send back and get a full refund. When I got on chat with Alix after Xmas, they confirmed that Georgie had already processed the refund before we had returned and Alix gave me one UPS code to send them all back. So easy! It was so nice to speak to a team who understood the issue and did everything they could to help out. Thank you.

Waiting to receive the gear but so far my interactions with the Customer Service team has been stellar! More businesses need to employ people like this who are quick to respond and eager to help!!!

I got the Spartan W snowboard jacket and the Con W Snowboard pants and I LOVE THEM! I am 5’8” and so I was worried the pants might not fit, but it’s honestly perfect!! I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my jacket and it’s very warm. I’ve been on the mountain about 5 times so far and everything has held up great! The customer service was amazing too!! Very attentive and helpful people. I definitely will shop here again and recommend it for anyone who wants some new gear!

Super fast shipping. XS Pants fit great on petite 5'0 113lb frame. I thought the Blizzard pants would not fit over the snowboard boot as so many people mentioned, but it fit over seamlessly over my size 5 boots. The length is great and not dragging on the floor when wearing boots (~29in inseam)

Fantastic Trousers. I ordered "Nomad W Outdoor Pants Women Black", and they are great - they are a good shape which is unusual for this type of outdoor gear and are very flattering. Comfortable to wear and they kept me warm on a boat trip in snowy conditions and also on an afternoon outside in cold and windy weather. The order arrived quickly with no issues.

Since ordering snowboard gear dopesnow were right there with me the whole time, I told them how I was scammed by Keyfamous.shop, and they reassured me I'd recieve my package, I did way sooner than expected, by a trustworthy courier service, the quality of the gear is perfect, strong, durable, just really good. Go for it if you are looking into this company, its good stuff

Bought the Spartan jacket, yet to wear in the cold, but tried it on, very comfortable and nice style. Bought on a Sunday with express delivery and arrived by Tuesday. Great customer service experience with them through instagram.

Ordered two sizes of pants since I wasn’t sure what would fit my son. The items shipped super fast! The quality is excellent, and my son loved the style and fit of his new snowboard pants.

But the best part for me? The easy and free returns! Dope included a pre-printed return label right in the bag, which made the process so simple. That kind of convenience is a game changer!

The gear is great... but that's not why im writing this review. My wife ordered some pants but, after losing over 10kg before she could wear them, Dope accepted a size swap even though they had no obligation to do so (months had passed). They processed a refund on the first order to achieve this; easy done you say?!

Without remembering that she paid for the first order using an account that is now closed, the refund was processed but couldn't reach us (because of aforementioned closed account). Ill save you the journey the Australian bank put us through to get it, but omg Dope are sweethearts. They offered to double pay the refund so that the customer was taken care of!

Now, totally uneccesary to double refund and be out of pocket, obviously, but the customer service of these people is insane. The nicest, go out of their way, decent human beings around. Im always appreciative of people who treat my wife well and Dope top the table again.

The team was amazing in solving my little delivery issue. Everyone was so helpful and tried their best to help out. Every time someone's shift ended, another team member jumped into the conversation and it honestly just kept flowing. My parcel got re directed thanks to Martin and I eventually ended up receiving it.

All ladies were awesome and I had such fun conversations with them, amazing customer service! Definitely can only recommend this company and all their staff members!
