Where to start...
Where to start. I ordered a couple of items 3-4 weeks ago. A day after placing the order, I cancelled one of them. Then, I made the payment via bank transfer (they charge dearly for card payments) straight away.
I got a confirmation that the item would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Two weeks pass and nothing has been delivered and no communication whatsoever from D&D wrt when it would be delivered (things get delayed some times, I know, but at least keep me informed). All this time, they have my money in their bank account, but they cannot be bothered to tell me when the item will be delivered.
I then call them to find out what is going on. The guy I talk to is the most arrogant and unhelpful I've come across. By the end of the call, I still dont know when the item will be delivered. We agree that the best is to get a refund (something that I presume is not an unusual process), but I am asked to send them an email with the request and my bank account details. A week has past and no refund, no item and no communication as to when/if the refund will happen.
To put the cherry on the cake, I get an email requesting payment for the item I cancelled 3 weeks ago..!
I can understand things go wrong from time to time, but in this case, its seems everything has gone wrong. And their attitude towards a customer taking the time to call them does not help either.
Ultimately, after 3+ weeks, emails and phone call, I still dont have either the item, the money nor the slightest idea what is happening. Epic failure.
