Diffondere Cultura del Sonno significa dare valore al riposo come parte di una visione integrata della salute, insieme a nutrizione e attività fisica, i tre pilastri fondamentali. Ecco tre scelte che aiutano a rendere il sonno più stabile e rigenerante. 1) Regolarità La regolarità crea una base affidabile: orari coerenti e una routine riconoscibile dal corpo. Un gesto semplice come programmare la sveglia, ogni giorno, può essere un appuntamento fisso anche per il momento dell’addormentamento. 2) Ambiente Lo spazio in cui dormiamo influenza la qualità del riposo quanto le abitudini. L’ambiente ideale comunica calma: pulizia, buio, silenzio, temperatura confortevole, ordine visivo. Anche piccoli interventi fanno la differenza, soprattutto se costanti. 3) Routine consapevole La routine serale è una soglia: aiuta a “chiudere” la giornata e a lasciare spazio al recupero. Un’azione ad alto impatto può essere quella di ridurre gli stimoli digitali vicino al momento del sonno, sostituendoli con gesti più distensivi (lettura, respirazione, stretching leggero, una luce più morbida).

Bad customer service.

. My items were purchased April 4 202 at the location of Casale Monferrato. Promised the delivery would be in 5 weeks. Not once has the store contacted me. I have visited their location 2 times and the delivery continues to be pushed back. Do not deal with this store.
