My order shipped SO quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

It came in a timely manner. Unfortunately won’t work for my daughters desk.

This is my second time using Dormco.com. My daughter ordered a bookshelf from Dormco but then found out that another family member had the item for her. We tried to call to cancel the order and were told there is no one available via phone to discuss this and that we would have to email. We emailed the situation and received a no despite the fact that the item has not shipped and will not be placed in the dorm for over a month. I tried to call again and was again told there is no manager or anyone available to discuss exchanging the item via phone. I will use companies like Amazon going forward since they have much better and responsive customer service.

I am not happy with the quality and one of the tufts has broken.

Terrible return policy. I wanted to get a bigger size but it was too complicated

The price beat most retailers. I will continue to shop at DorCo.

One of the legs was bent at the threads but I fixed it once I realized why the top wouldn’t screw in properly. Otherwise exactly what I was looking for

Received in timely manner on date anticipated. Easy enough to assemble. Used our own screwdriver which was a better quality and then you need to have a hammer handy. Took about 30-40 min to assemble from start to finish. Stickers provided to cover the holes where not great -- did not stick well, kept curling up.

I like the fast delivery.

Missing 3 wheels from one of our changing rooms. Curtains are odd - very old it seems.

Great idea for the dorm. Sadly, two of the metal poles had small dings or dents at the ends of the poles and they won't screw together. We are hoping to get some pliers to try and straighten the ends.

The delivery was timely and the headboard was wonderful! Very happy!

Received damaged goods and unable to reach anyone by email or by phone. Took 10 days for an email reply that still does not rectify the situation.

Purchase with caution. The headboard and base legs that they sell are sub standard quality. The base legs were sent twice and both times were completely unusable /broken. The company doesn’t have a phone number for customer service which to me is a red flag.
The quality of the cart that we also purchased was something that will end up in landfill after freshman year.

This is the only bed skirt I could find that covered the space between my tall college dorm bed and the ground. I love it!

Fast delivery but product does not fit the phone that almost everyone has. Also do not have any fun colors. Unfortunately, I have to return it.

Good product. Very helpful in providing additional storage for a small dorm room.
I give it 3 starts because the assembly instructions are NOT clear. It was frustrating to have to figure it out by trial and error. Please improve.

The fabric on the gray side is visible on the red side. Wouldn’t be a problem if my dorm theme is gray but it’s red. :( And the cover isn’t as plush as it looks.

Our shelf arrived with damage in several places - the finish is just chipped off. The box seemed fine, I think the pieces just move around inside the box which causes damage.
