We bought a new mattress which was very expensive. It was comfortable in the store but I was waking up in pain every morning.
we were talking about replacing the new mattress but I ordered the topper after seeing the ad on TV. If it worked we would save over a thousand dollars and if it didn't I could return it. I am sleeping better than I have in a very long time and I don't wake up in pain.

they refused to give refund back,after the fact that I had already thrown this out. They are a scam artist ... YOU didnot tell me to get a receipt. Waste management does not give receipts. You are a scammer

Topper and pillows
The mattress toppers are wonderful, now have 2 different sizes in use. They add more support with some softness to a mattress that is still newer. Also bought the pillows and being that they have two levels of comfort in one pillow, we are very pleased with them.

Sleeping a hell of lot better not waking up every 2 hours and getting a deeper night tried a bunch of different ones all cheaper sams club Amazon and bamboo like this one better so far

I ordered the mattress on December 13 and until now we are in January 26 we haven’t received anything and every time I call there is a bad connection or you have to stay for a long time to get somebody to answer so this is not the kind of business I want to do and deal with

The topper is not comfortable for the price that you have to pay. I've only slept on it a couple of weeks and it already has a dip on one side of the bed. Not to mention the fact that it took forever for it to be shipped. Once it did get shipped I had it in two days. I would not recommend this topper.

Dormeo Mattress Topper
The Dormeo seems like it is made well. Our mattress is probably 20 yrs.+ old so this has helped for sleeping but I thought it would be more comfortable. I feel it provides better support for all sleeping positions but not has solid has I had hoped. We have only slept on it for about 1 week. We have a king size mattress and the topper hangs over the sides by an inch or so. I thought the measurements would be more exact. Also wondering what the life span is on this product?
Thanks for your feedback and you are probably right about the 20-yrs.+ old mattress. I probably should have invested more money and gotten a new mattress but at our age my husband and I don't have the energy to go out and hop on and off mattresses. Continued good luck w/your product.
