We have been a provider of medical supplies, medical equipment and incontinence supplies since 1985. We also provide our engineering services where we will fix and repair any medical equipment such as hoists, beds and much more. Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! Your price for the product was good and that’s why I chose you. However I get very annoyed with suppliers who charge exorbitant postage costs to send to Northern Ireland. I note in your invoice the carriage to NI is listed at £15 however the Parcel Force charge was £4.19 (on their label). Can you explain? Looks like a hidden charge to me. Will think twice before using you again

Hi Lindsay, thank you for your review. An automatic surcharge of £15.00 applies for delivery to Northern Ireland as this is how much our courier (Parcelforce) charges us to send items to Northern Ireland. However, as your order was small, we were able to send it via Royal Mail which costs less, and we refunded the surcharge amount and charged our normal delivery charge of £4.75. You should have received the refund if you have not already, but this sometimes takes up to a week to process. Apologies for any confusion. DNS
