Customer service

I have never in my life had better communication with customer service as this. There was a problem (from the supplier) and even if it had been a while after I ordered it I felt so heard and seen and got the best service I’ve ever received. The problem was discussed and solved in a quick and nice manner that made the whole process worth it.
