I want to give 0 stars!!!! Its a scam!!!! Told me my phone was in London (I live in Yorkshire) thieves stole my money!!

If I could give 0 stars i would.
Daughter lost her phone out horse riding. Dot block said phone was in Bristol. Emailed several times for a refund of £10 as its clearly not working.
Found phone yesterday outside yard in bushes.
Avoid at all costs

Awful doesn’t work but takes your money!! Said my phone was in London my phone was in Birmingham in my car !!

Not accurate at all, like the app blind folds itself and throws a dart at the map

It doesn't work at all. I tested knowing where the phone was and it send me to a totally different place in the country. Expensive no results

HORRID!! Paid $25 CDN. Told me it was at a house 1/2 block away. Not there. Still lost.
Does continue to charge?? I am trying to speak with someone but it does not appear that is possible.

Don't use this site. It is just a total lie. It said my phone was in London, 150 miles away. It would have had to move there quickly as it was only missing for an hour. Random BS.

Said my phone was in London. Found it in Eastbourne in my house. They refuse to answer emails asking for a refund. Total SCAM. Avoid!!!

Lost my phone and paid £10 to use this service. Took me to some flats behind my old work.in the end someone picked it up in my village and put a post on Facebook about lost phone.this site is a scam!I would like my money back

Trying to track a child ran away from home. Stupid app showed phone was over 300miles away. Family stressed out. The kid was only a 10min drive away . Scammed me 40quid

I thought I'd mislaid my phone and couldn't get a ringing tone when I called it from my landline. I couldn't contact my service provider in order to block any calls by unauthorised people who may have found it. I found this site and paid £10 to find where my phone was. They showed that my phone was located at 55 Norwich Drive Brighton. BN2 4LX. 10 minutes later I found my phone on my dining table. It was on "silent". Total ripoff. SCAM.

I used DOT BLOCKS mobile phone tracking service to track two phones. After paying the £10 fee for 1st phone i was told that their system had found the phone and that it was on some rocks by the sea about 1.5miles from my house, i then tracked the other phone to see if that was in the same place which could mean they had both been thrown or left in the same place. After paying the £10 fee again their system told me that the phone was basically on a hedge in the middle of farmland around 5 miles from where i I live and after this i thought that it was just a load of rubbish to be honest. Shortly after using their site and getting their results i tried to call one of the mobile phones again and this time a lady answered and told me she had both my phones and when i asked her address her house was approx 2.5 miles away and in a totally different location to either of their tracking results. On checking DOT BLOCK website online through Trust Pilot it seems that i am not the only one who has experienced this and that basically it would appear that they are Scamming people out of their cash. I have asked for a full refund for my transactions but i will never hear from them i'm sure!!!!!

Waste of money, tried 3 different times and all times gave completely different locations in my general location. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Complete scam.

I have tried tried 3 x checks to trace phones fairly recently & not one has come back with any accuracy, all of them have come back to fairly local to where I am & all were expected to be between 30 to 200 miles away, i will not be using DotBlock again, it appears to be a complete scam & I would like a refund. !!!

Excellent gave a precise location and address. Very pleased.

1 star because it has no 0 thought my phone was stolen did the locator and told me my phone had been found so paid the £10 and said it was in Birmingham , so it is impossible for it to be there as I live in Doncaster , and it had only been 20 minutes

I give it 1 star because it's don't have 0 star options. One of the worst company, after they said that they have my missing mobile location I did the payment 10,99 pounds and for my suprise where is the location? None ,so I want my money back

Definitely SCAM. DO NOT USE I!!!! REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE!!!
