DotClick is a one-person webmaster service. I'm Daniel, and I look after websites for businesses where nobody's job is the website: the owner-led company with somewhere between five and fifty people, a site that was built a few years ago, and nobody on staff whose job it is to keep it healthy. Website Care is what I do. I host your site, keep it secure and backed up, keep the software up to date, and make the changes you need. Changes are live within two business days. Foundation, Professional, Premium, and Elite are the four monthly plans, on a 12-month term or month to month, and they differ in how much you want your website to work for you. Elite gets a direct line and a same-day response, and I hold at most four Elite clients at a time. A few things are true on every plan. Your domain stays registered to you. Every site gets a one-page runbook that says where it lives, who the vendors are, and where the backups are. Backups run daily, and once a month a copy of your site lands in a folder you can open any time. If you ever leave, you get your files and your domain, and no hard feelings. I also build new sites, and I can set up AI systems for a small business: the kind that text a missed call back, ask a happy customer for a review, or reply to a website lead after hours. Let's have your business working for you even while you're asleep. My first client, in 2001, is still a client. I work by email and by booked calls rather than a public phone number, so the people I work for get my full attention.
