still not here had to download the shop to track said not despatched then seconds later said delivered 2 hours ago - impossible
several emails no response i think i might have fallenm for the scam , will try and get card refund

This company should be avoided at all costs and should be shut down. They took my money but did not send my order, they do not respond to e-mails and there is no other way to contact them.

I could give zero. I never didn't receive my item. Customer service very bad.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY MASSIVE CON THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND THE ITEM. TRIED EMAILS THEY DONT REPLY TO THEM EITHER!!!!!!!! FIRST TIME IVE BEEN CONED AND IT DONT FEEL GOOD!!!!!!

I placed an order and when emailed them for an update they advised it will be with me within a few days. 2 weeks later I emailed again and they said the same thing. Over a month now and they are not responding to my emails. Total scam, please don't fall for it like I did. :-(

They took my money and I never received my order. My shop app still says ready for shipping. I emailed them to which they said I should receive my order shortly , but still won’t give me a tracking number and now ignore my emails. Scammers!

I'd give less than one star if I could. Order never received, they blocked me from their facebook page and don't reply to emails. Feel so stupid for falling for this

Ordered slippers 4 weeks ago and have not received them. Chased it twice now.

Complete scam artists. Do not respond to emails uncontactable. Fortunately I paid with my credit card so got my money back

Scam, order does not arrive. Now reporting it as fraud

This is not a UK company and the goods never arrive. We have tried everything and are now left with just reporting it to action fraud. We are going to see if our bank can do anything but we doubt it.

I regret not checking this company out before placing an order through one of their Facebook adverts.

The order never arrives, and the company is not contactable in any way.

Their "order confirmation" emails are fake - full of spelling mistakes.

This is an obvious Chinese scam and I regret falling for it, I lost £28 and there's no way of getting it back. Don't do it.

Don not order from this company. The website makes it look like you are ordering quality product. They just order them from China a make a huge mark up. My item arrived damage in the post. I have emailed 5 times no reply and there are no other means of contacting them.

Goods ordered November’23, by January no item delivered. Queried and the reply was I need to wait 3 months from order date to apply from refund. After 3 months I’ve asked for a refund on several occaision with no response. I think they are scammers and would avoid at all costs.

Been tracking item, coming from China, then all of a sudden it shows as order cancelled and item returned! None of my doing, no reply to emails and so no refund. Waiting to try claim it back through my bank but have to wait 14 days.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Tracking number after 4 weeks was delivered. Checked and it was a completely different product (huge box) in some random doorway 😂

I really wish I had checked the company out first with Trustpilot.
Waste of money for what was advertised as "Luxury Phone Case".
The UK needs to be doing more to stop these Chinese Scammers ripping normal people off !!!

The cover was not the colour I ordered and it was cheap and very flimsy. Tried to contact them several times, but no answer. Do not buy from this site, it is a scam!
