Fantastic Resistance Bands For All Types of Training
Bought these bands for my Basketball Academy athletes. The material is very durable and resistance is perfect for a variety of different exercises that we will be doing this season.
I definitely recommend buying these bands and will be purchasing more from Do Training in the near future.

Was really pleased with the quality of the material - thick and durable yet stretchy and firm so wasn't uncomfortable to use. Would definitely recommend. Also glad I have four different resistance levels to choose from :)
