From coaching client signed to funds hitting my checking was 48 hrs and 4 minutes. Unreal. Very easy to follow the withdrawal process as well.

I’m facing an ID verification issue…

I’m facing an ID verification issue with my Dots account, and I have $500 stuck in it. I’ve been unable to withdraw the amount for over a month due to this problem. It’s extremely frustrating that no one is responding, and the customer service has been very poor. This is my first issue with Dots Payments, and I’m really disappointed with the experience.
