We are really pleased with the service. They have made Kyle begin his journey of independence. He is now able to attend all his Power chair football commitments, without having to depend on his parents. They listen to what Kyle has to say and will act accordingly.
it is early days but we are hopeful that the positive start will continue.

We have found they are flexible and always happy to evolve caring approaches every time a new challenge/change necessitates a change in care when it prsents itself in my husband's declining health.

They show a generous, kind willingness to work with us where their caring takes into consideration, and puts the person cared for, at the heart of and specific to, the individual's need.

Taking our first steps into accepting social care support was extremely difficult, and a painful change for us as family. It all seemed alien to independent people like us. But Double Ark have made the process of managing changes in our life situation a positive experience, despite the sadness and immense challenges we face.
