Ordered on Wednesday afternoon, arrived in perfect condition two days later. Josh, who looked after my order, kept me updated by email, which was greatly appreciated.
Glad they use Royal Mail and not a certain courier company whose drivers like to abandon packages in unsafe places!

First time ordering from DBT but recommended by my mum. Ordered her the Wish Loungefly for her birthday and they couldn't be more helpful. Every time I have enquired about my order, they have been more than helpful, Josh especially. Things do take a little longer to arrive but the look on my mum's face on her birthday will be more than worth it

Can't fault the service received from Josh at Doubleboxedtoys. Easy to order and a super-quick delivery, I'm really happy with my Loungfly mini backpack, so much so, I've ordered a wallet! I'll definitely be revisiting Doubleboxedtoys :)

Great customer service my item was on a 21 day turnaround as it was coming from Florida so wasn’t expecting it for a few weeks, got an email from Josh’s couple days after ordering saying items had come in earlier than expected and I recieved my order the day after getting his email. Very impressed.

Josh is a star employee at double boxed toys, he always answers my questions perfectly, handles my orders amazingly and has stunning customer service!!!

Please note I’m not a complainer or writer of reviews but feel I need to in order for others to avoid such poor and unprofessional customer service. I paid extra in postage for an item for my daughter’s birthday, the estimated postage on my confirmation email was 3 weeks too late, and this estimation was a fault of their own. In seeing such a late delivery I’d already contacted for a refund within an hour of my order to which they ignored my 9 messages over a week! And claimed they hadn’t seen my confirmation message that I wanted to cancel and they sent the item anyway to which I’m now having to send back with 25% fee! Less my £9 delivery fee to which I asked for back as they were at fault and I’ve still had no reply! Please be aware of poor communication & deducting money when it’s clearly a fault of their own. An easy money maker for them 👎

I have dealt with Double Boxed Toys before and they have always been good with their communication between customers. I received a lovely email from Josh explaining the upgrade within my delivery which was such a lovely email to see. Josh was so kind and clear with communication. You don't get customer service like this, anywhere else! Thank you Double Boxed Toys and Josh! Another customer for life! :)

Item arrived within a few days of ordering. Box is in good condition and Josh gave great customer service

Unfortunately the item is slightly broken, one of the legs don't work. No fault on doubleboxed since the item was completely sealed in box, but still.

Despite that, will definitely use the site again

Amazing fast service! I wasn’t expecting to get my order as soon as I did, I’m so pleased with it! Just ordered some Winnie the Pooh ears for my Disney trip and got Lovly email from Josh who’s been keeping me updated on my order which was really Lovly thank you for great customer service really appreciate it

It was my first time using Double boxed toys and it won't be the last. Great selection of items not readily available in the UK and good customer service by Josh who looked after my order.

I ordered a mystery loungefly new year box and Josh emailed me said he had taken care of my order and packaged up. The bag arrived within three days of ordering and I was extremely impressed with double box toys. Josh for he’s helpfulness and email telling me it was on the way.

Great customer Service, website very easy to use.
From ordering on Wednesday evening received confirmation email immediately and then regular updates from Josh regarding the status of my order. The Order arrived on Friday and exceeded expectation wish I would have ordered 2 as my daughter has taken claim to the Bag.

This was my first experience using Double Boxed Toys and it was positive. I ordered a Loungefly backpack that I hadn't seen anywhere else, yes the price was a little higher than other places for similar products but the fact is that they stock a lot of US exclusives so I am willing to pay a bit extra. The bag arrived sooner than expected via Royal Mail, packaged well and Josh from DBT sent me an email to let me know my item was on it's way - much appreciated.

Overall I am a happy customer and would consider shopping with them again for future Loungefly purchases :)
