I would rate zero if I could. Ladt all my almost 1 billion points for no reason. Opened app as usual and everything was gone. Have fun until you realize it was a waste of time!!!

I was winning 400,000 a day for a couple weeks now I'm winning up to 15,000 a day. Almost out of chips. I think it's totally rigged.

Been playing for years , never had a problem , now for the past half year, the spinning has gotten ridiculous. especially for the amount of money I have purchased over the years, now every game takes me to 100 spins with zero bonuses, it happens over and over, my first 5 years here I might 100 spins once in a blue moon on 1 game in a month, now they just take the money with zero playback, site has become awful.

Fun game but owners of the app are greedy and all they want is your money. Rarely get a good win and they take it all back when in minutes. Oh and free spins at a joke as well. They don’t care about their customers so I’m done with these greedy people.

I have been playing since they used to advertise “ 97% payouts”… that was never true. Now it has gotten even worse. In the beginning you may have on occasion hit a dozen losing spins in a row but more times it was maybe 5 or 6 in a row. Now it’s normal to lose anywhere from 20 to 30 spins in a row and at least my experience with these specific slots balloon fever, poison apple and the one with the puppies, it seems 50 or more losing spins in a row is likely. I find it hard to believe that games themselves evolved into more losing spins in a row than before. I also hate the “ buy chips” harassing pop up ads… it’s like ya I know I only have enough chips left to spin a few more times but I’m not going to pay real money for fake chips. it sucks, you get a bonus and it gives you 12,000,000 and i am betting 4.8 million.. its 4 times in a row, the highest i received was 44,000,000 .. you think if you get a bonus you would win something.. the game i like to play is wild honey, and if it gives you 3 in a row it always misses the coins, it could give you 5 symbols in a row and it will go between the bonus coins.. its fixed to make you loose.. i can never get any higher.. it always takes it back.. don't waste any money on Doubledown casino.. been playing for 15 years and never win...

Let’s say your playing for $200,000 but then all of a sudden your bet will change to maximum bet to 200,M. Then you’ll buy again and it happens again. There was a time, I was charged $99.00 even if I didn’t buy the chips. I tried to contact the customer service but they just ignore me. I will finish up my remaining chips and I am done with DDC. I had over 26billion coins. Once company was sold my points quickly disappeared. I have 5 million points. I cannot win anything. Company is a scam. I tried to purchase about 50 million points fro $9.99.
They charged my cc, but I did not get points. Luckily my bank reversed charge.

Game sucks you in by letting you win early then just wants you to spend reall money but nit let you win after that. No where near real casino action.

The game freezes during bonus rounds and you lose your winnings, when brought to their attention, they will not do much for the customer. The only real way to win at the game is to spend your own money and if you don’t keep doing that the algorithm is set up for you to lose after a certain time so you will spend more, just like at a real casino. The house always wins….so playing isn’t much fun if you are here to play for free.

It's a looser never a good win if you do it's never enough to regain points don't like loosing millions of points. and spin after spin nothing or some pewee amount I'm done no good winnings bye bye double down!
