Double D Project is a full-cycle event agency based in Phuket, Thailand, operating since 2013 as Double D Project Co., Ltd. We plan and produce events of every scale — from a private dinner for two to a corporate programme for several hundred guests. What we do: weddings and ceremonies, vow renewals, birthdays and anniversaries, corporate events and MICE programmes, yacht parties, villa parties, children's parties, gender reveals, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and romantic dinners. Everything comes from one team, which is the main reason clients choose us. We start with venue sourcing — party villas, yachts, hotels, restaurants and private islands — and we check the details that decide whether an event actually works: outdoor music curfews, decibel limits, event fees and whether the owner has confirmed it in writing. Many venues say "events allowed" when they mean a dinner that ends at 22:00, and guests find out too late. From there we handle production: sound, lighting, LED screens and staging from our own inventory; DJs, artists and show programmes; catering and mobile bar; decor and floristics; photo and video; and full coordination on the day.
