Problem with return swiftly handled
The item I ordered was sadly not suitable (nothing to do with quality or fit, I just didn't like it on me) however, I had some issues with the return process. Samantha in Customer Care was quick to reply and sent me a returns label to send the item back. 10 out of 10 for speed and efficiency.

I had a problem with returns mainly due to Debenhams not having a great system. I reached out to Double Second and Samantha was incredibly helpful and replied within the hour (despite it being out of business hours) with useful information instead of fobbing me off.

Easy to use website.great selection of clothes.
Sadly,the dress was too small so I used the return process.
This was also easy to use and no need to print a label.
Once the item was received back with Double Second, my return was dealt with speedily and efficiently.
I contacted customer services to ensure the return was being processed, and my enquiry was dealt with by Samantha. She responded quickly to my email and got it a sorted. Thank you Samantha.

Ordered via Wallis, who were really bad dealing with a return problem (no customer service replies at all). Had to contact Double Second direct . They sorted the problem and were quick to help. I will order directly from Double Second next time!

I tried to set up a return from the double second website. I couldn’t complete it as the address kept appearing wrong. I emailed double second and quickly received an answer from Samantha who was very helpful and speedily resolved my problem. I was amazed at how quickly my problem was resolved. ordered a dress, sent back. Sent an email inquiring about my return and refund no response. Finally after 4 weeks an email stating return had been processed and refund will go into my bank. Nearly 3 weeks later no refund at all and guess what no response to emails. Conned out of my well earned money by this scam company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF

Your order was not placed through our website, but via a third-party retailer. Because of this, we do not hold your order or payment details and are unable to manage returns or refunds directly.
When you emailed our customer care inbox, you would have received an automated response advising that we are unable to assist with orders placed through third-party retailers and directing you to contact the retailer you purchased from, as they are the only party with access to your account information. This is the reason for the delay you mentioned.
As previously communicated, we have already processed the refund from our end. If the funds have not yet reached your account, this is entirely dependent on the retailer’s payment processing timelines, which are outside of our control.
As a small independent brand, we always try to help where possible, but it is unfair to label us a scam when the purchase, payment, and customer details are held by another company and we have taken all actions available to us.
We encourage you to contact the retailer you purchased from for an update on the refund status.
