This is the first time I feel the need to leave a review, but they do deserve it the customer service is outstanding.
I had a issue with the courier and the customer service took the matter very seriously replying every message I sent them with patience and kindness, sensational service.

Just received my order from Double Up…
Just received my order from Double Up London – grabbed a hat and a top – and I’ve got to say, I’m seriously impressed. The quality is spot on. You can tell they’re not cutting corners with the materials or the fit. The tee has that heavyweight, premium feel you want from real streetwear, and the design is clean but makes a statement. The hat? Perfect fit and finishes off the look without trying too hard.
Shipping was quick, and everything came packaged with care – even had a small thank-you note, which shows they’re paying attention to detail. It’s the little things that set a brand apart.
If you’re into authentic UK streetwear with a fresh edge, Double Up London is definitely one to watch. Already looking at what I’m copping next.
