Based on smell and color compared to the same substances sold by other companies, their supplements are legitimate as far as I can tell. Their supplements are generally lower priced than others which in discussion forums generally raises suspicions of purity of their products. However because they are not the manufacturer, they have a third party lab test most all their products and offer a guarantee. A lot of people experience placebo / nocebo effect based on their perception of a brand as almost no consumer is going to take the time and money to have supplement tested. So any claims of efficacy or no efficacy are pretty much pointless unless the person had it tested in a lab. If anyone has read Consumer Lab reports, it is not uncommon for purity to vary from brand to brand depending on the substance. I've not heard any accounts of any products from Double Woods being proven by a lab to not contain what the bottle says it contains. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Assuming the product is of good quality the price can't be beat = 5 stars.

I ordered two bottles of double wood DHEA supplements , I took it for almost a year continuously. I had the lab test my blood before and after started the supplements .
My DHEA was 2.2 before and still 2.2 after I religiously took the supplement for almost a year . So basically the product does not work. It’s a snake oil con. I switched to a new DHEA over two months ago, and had my DHEA tested again, now my Levels are up to 5.0 !!! So clearly the double wood supplement does not work

I bought Tongkat Ali from Double Wood. It is laced with something. An SSRI I think. I could feel it acutely for 2 days. I gave it another try a few months later and it had the same effect.

This is not just ineffective, it is dangerous, criminal.

I contacted Double Wood to get help correcting a recurring order I had set up incorrectly- totally my fault. The lady who helped me was so kind & understanding and got my order corrected while I was on the line. I love DW products, prices & their customer service is amazing. I’m a customer for life.

If you received the correct order then no problem. But if you ever received the wrong order, you won't get help. I ordered 2 bottles NAC and 2 bottles Turkey Tail but only received 1 bottle NAC and 2 bottles of Tongkat Ali instead of Turkey Tail! I emailed them 3 times and submitted online form through their webpage but only to get an auto email that my request is closed! I also cannot sign in to view my order details. The 30 days money-back and return refund policy is also a hoax! Please check the website carefully before ordereing.

Wow! I’ve nearly switched everything that I use for supplements over to Double Wood Supplements. They have everything that I’m looking for when I’m looking for a supplement. They use single source ingredients. They are GMP, made in the USA, and third-party tested. They are very reliable company and their customer service is stellar. Not something you find much anymore anywhere. I’ve had nothing but completely positive experiences with them and that’s why I’m writing this review because it has been such a long road trying to find a supplement brand that I can trust.
