Paid $1,312.50 for ads promised in 5 business days, first lead alert came 22 days after signing

Utah Mechanical Systems signed Double X Digital's "FB-Only" agreement on September 11, 2025 and paid $1,312.50 that day for the "Facebooks Marketing Ads Starter" package (Stripe receipt 1368-1606). Their website says campaigns go live within five business days of onboarding, which would have been about September 18, 2025. Ad image drafts arrived on September 19, and on September 28 to 30 we asked for real photos of our team in place of the AI and stock images in the drafts. The first New Lead Alert came on October 3, 2025, about 22 days after signing, and one more came on October 5. A second $1,312.50 charge on October 11, 2025 was refunded on October 13, 2025. On October 24, 2026 we asked in writing for a refund of the September payment and for written confirmation that our card data was deleted. The company has not refunded the September payment. We would not hire this company again.
