The dough didn’t arrive until 6.30. It was stated it would arrive by 5.30. It’s meant it was too late to cook the dinner for my kids that I had planned.

Unfortunately on this occasion I can't give more than 3 stars. My sister had highly recommended Doughdealers so I ordered, I never received my dough that I had planned my evening around, however I emailed the company and they investigated (driver delivered to wrong address?) - they gave me a full refund and £ 5.00 voucher off next order (I actually would of preferred the dough to be delivered the following week with a discount?)

Used doughdealers twice now and I think they’re great. Dough has been of really great quality and I think it’s good value!

Amazing dough & awesome customer service.

I've tried a few doughs of late and so far this has been the best, recieved on time, nicely packaged, good size portions, very fresh and it cooked to perfection, I will definitely order again.

Product is great, delivery was terrible.
All the delivery bags were soaked through as the delivery driver hadn't covered them and then got caught in the rain, thankfully each dough ball was sent in its own container or otherwise the whole batch of 32 would have been lost.

The dough was delivered to a neighbour which is fine but there was no notfication of this by note, text, email, or directly from the delivery company. I had to buy dough from a pizzeria instead because I did not know the food had been delivered. I explained this to dough dealers and they said I should have been in to receive the delivery (8.30 - 4.30?) and gave me a 20% discount. I don't want money, but I would like dough dealers / their delivery company to send delivery notifications to customers so food isnt wasted. I'm not going to use this service again.

Good amount of dough, usually delivered in time for dinner, great tasting - can't go wrong

Great service that came quickly! Dough and Sauce was delicious and perfect for our outdoor pizza oven!
