Complete scam!!

Item never arrived and when contacted no response. Their website and instagram
Page no longer exist. Coincidentally a week after making the purchase someone hacked my Apple Pay and spent almost £3000 from my Revolut account. I will not get this money back.

I have never written a trustpilot review before but this felt necessary. I have never been on the receiving end of a scam before but this is a total scam!

I saw their advert on Instagram, as you do with many of these fashion brands, it looked lovely and targeted at my kind of style and what I like. The website seemed legit (ish) and nicely presented - (I should've known better with the price discounts being suspiciously low!) - but decided after a month or two of pondering whether to buy anything (during which time the website was there) to order a suede jacket, a top and a dress for a wedding.
It's safe to say that the whole thing is total rubbish. Emails were sporadic. I could barely track my parcels. The parcel took over a month to arrive (by which point the wedding had been and gone), and when I opened the package I was APPALLED to see the items inside.
My heart sank at the money I have spent - The "SUEDE" jacket is laughable. The worst fake suede I've ever seen. And as for the the dress... absolutely VILE. The worst fabric I've ever encountered ( that flammable/ sweat instantly 'plastic' type) and the top is nothing like on the website.

Ive gone to complain and ask for a refund and the website no longer exists!!! Im livid.

If this could help someone NOT buy, then this review has at least done something positive in all this!

It´s fake. I did not receive the clothes that I ordered. Have sent an email och they responded that it was ready to be shipped. Now the homepage is not valid, does not exist.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I ordered their suede jacket. It arrived, but is not suede but instead some cheap fabric. I wanted to return it, and no response from them after several emails and phone calls. Now their website is not even there! Will never wear this item, and I don't think anyone would!

I ordered a dress 3 months ago. Sent several emails and they were responsive at first, but stopped replying. It's a scam.

This is a complete scam. Pictures are taken from other brands and sold as their own. I ordered a jacket and this was absolutely nothing like advertised. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered a dress, took very long to receive the dress than it said it would. Now I want to return the dress, but I’ve send so many emails and filled in several contactforms from the website. They don’t respond at all, I’m being ignored. Days en weeks have gone past. I just want my money back and that they respond so I can return the dress! It’s their duty and my right!

I returned a dress according to the company’s return policy, but weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any confirmation or refund. I’ve sent multiple emails and have received no response at all. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this company – they do not take customer service seriously.

I bought a coat that was supposed to be made in “High quality SUEDE” as DoverBellevue described on its site but is totally fake: it is in plastic.

A complete scam. Like everybody else has commented it’s a cheap imitation of the product on the website. Offered a 20% refund which is worse than others.

I ordered something on the 25th of February, we are the 8th of April and it still has not arrived ! I chased them for way too long, then I gave up and asked for a refund.

The jacket was advertised as "crafted from premium suede", but it is made from cheap synthetic fabric and very low quality. This is both massively disappointing and false advertising.

When flagging this with customer service I was offered to either cover the cost of return shopping to China myself, or a 40% refund. I didn’t trust that I would be refunded if I returned the garment, so I accepted the 40% refund.

As I already wrote, Im wating for a RETURN LABEL from the owner "olivia" who sid that I had to paid for it to return it back to CHINA and there is no information in their website. The jacket I ordered is very different from the one they sell on the photos so this is a complete lie. I want my money back as soon as possible.

This is a spam. I ordered a jacket from them over a month ago. After 1 month they still hadn’t shipped it, so I had to chase them. When I finally received it, it didn’t look like the picture at all, with very bad quality. I’ve been asking for a return for 10 days, only getting a response “from the owner Olivia” after several days asking what was the issue. Once I reverted saying I was not happy with the item and wanted to return it, I stopped getting answers. When I send reminder after reminder I get the same bot reply from “Olivia” asking what the issue is. I don’t think I will ever get refunded. I’ve checked and there’s no trace of that site from before Nov or Dec 2024, and no social media presence except for one Facebook group created 2 months ago with 18 followers and 2 pictures with 0 reaction. This site should be taken down before they rip off more people.
