Terrible quality for the price

The quality is terrible for the price. The size guide is off and you can't exchange for size. It is not authetique Comme des Garçon. Even if it is stated on the site, it is a terrible copy. The hoodie is not thick and is of low quality material. Paid 139$ US + 19.99$ shipping, for something that looks like it came from Wish. Don't waste your cash.

Order cancelled a week after confirmation

Order cancelled with a short, rude email! I placed an order, allowing 2 weeks before Christmas, my order was confirmed and I was expecting the top to arrive. I got an email one wk after ordering to say my order would not be fulfilled and my money was being refunded. This is all the email said - no apology, no sorry etc... All the email said was "Order was cancelled because we did not have enough stock to fulfil your order and your payment has been refunded." thats it, I understand Businesses make mistakes, but could they not at least say "we are very sorry but..." very rude and no time to order anywhere else to guarantee for christmas. Very poor customer service and communication.

TRY NOT TO BUY FROM A EU COUNTRY

I made the mistake to order my converse X CDG sneakers from DSM! Before ordering, I asked at the Customer Service, whether I would have payed custom tax, if I ordered from them and they immediately responded no. However, 2 weeks later, I got a call from DHL, demanding from me to pay 200 euros custom tax and I TOLD THEM TO RETURN THE PACKAGE. Fortunately , I immediately contacted them through PAYPAL that I was deceived from them and I wanted full compensation. Mysteriously, they let the package arrive to me through DHL, without paying custom tax. SO BE WARY if you order from EU, always pay through PAYPAL and if anything occurs, contact them immediately!!

Excellent product, excellent company and excellent delivery service

I ordered the Converse from Dover Street Market on Friday 15th May and they arrived Tuesday 19th May! Excellent product, excellent service from the company and would definitely recommend both. A special thank you to the DHL delivery man who came back later in the afternoon as I just missed his first attempt to deliver by about thirty seconds!!

Good experience...

Everything went well with this company. I wasn't sure which shoe size I was so I called Customer Service. They told me which size of sneakers I should get so I was happy. I also e-mailed them asking which size I should get before I called and the next day I received two e-mails (because I asked them twice, just in case). After few days I received information about my shipment. At first, I was worried that I won't get tracking number but few days after I made my purchase I received it. I was informed when I would get my sneakers and I received them that exact day. It took a little bit long to receive them but I paid for standard shipping so I am not complaining. The only thing that I didn't like was packaging. Sneakers were put in a simple box which did not look its best. And although sneakers inside the box looked great, I really expected more from packaging. Overall, good experience with this company...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I returned an item 14 days ago and I had to chase them to get my money back! Initially, I just wanted to change the size of a t-shirt but ended up disgusted by their poor management.

Dover Street Market - Worst Customer Service Ever and Serious Delay on Orders. Still Not Received.

I am appalled with the lack of communication by Dover Street Market. I have contacted them 5 times in the last week asking where my shoes are. I didn't even get an apology or the delay. It says they will be shipped within 1-2 working days - it has now been 9 working days. since I parted with my £100.

I work for an award winning online company myself who strive for the best customer service. The 'service' I have received from Dover Street, well.. its not service. I have now called Dover Street Market twice and both times, only received an apology from one of the people I spoke to. They both promised to call me back and on both occasions - NO CALL BACK, I was clearly forgotten about.

I have also e-mailed them 3 times the first 2 times being polite, my third time, putting my foot down, and only once I got a response on the first e-mail saying 'they're busy right now, and not ONCE in that e-mail was an apology.'

As the French reviewing below says, that they have paid for their shoes and have NEVER heard from them, its pretty shocking.

This is my first and last time using Dover Street Market for anything, and I won't be recommending them to any of my friends who often visit the website.

I will be expecting some compensation from this, and I don't just mean the £5 I paid for in 'shipping and handling' when they've clearly not been shipped or handled in the last 9 days.
