The best Customer Service EVER!

Purchased a pair of women's overalls in an amazing blue which I loved the fit and color! After one wash there were strange spots of the color leaching. Reached out to the company and received the most amazing customer service I've experienced in years!! Truly amazing service, responsive, professional (Melissa Sostre you're the best!!!). They are replacing my overalls, free of charge. In a day where Customer Service seems to be non-existent, Dovetail has exemplary employees that truly care and it's so very much appreciated! Thank you!

Trustworthy company

I took the gamble of buying a pair of Anna Taskpants in paprika. I was surprised and relieved to receive exactly what was shown on the site. 28 inch inseam is tough to find and dovetail offers several inseam lengths. Weight of material is similar to denim. Well made with heavy stitching. Arrived in about a week. I just love these pants-my new favorites! I will order from them again.
