I've been using it for over five years (the down dog app, meditation app, HIIT app and pilates app) My ONLY critique is that I wish you did Yoga variations with yoga blocks for more experienced yogis.... See more

App changed to be less than useful the day after I renewed. Constantly defaults to chair yoga. No longer able to select yoga program; no matter what level I select it defaults to chair yoga. Menu goes no where. Not worth 60 bucks a year.
Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service
I was charged by Downdog for the upcoming year as the automated renewal was switched on. Contacted customer services to ask for a refund and I was refunded immediately! Thanks for the smooth resolution, Alexis!

Downloaded this back in 2020 during lockdown and am still using it! Doing yoga at home has definitely made me do it more often, and the app works well.
Enjoying this app but would like more variety of poses
I have been enjoying Down Dog for the last 2 months, Love the options for flow, music, voice, time and speed. I've really felt my progress come on since using it. I've also felt well challenged.
Although I feel there are many more poses we could be doing. We often do the same pose twice in a 40 min class. I would love to see more variety of poses

I highly appreciate this app. It has many options for creating one's workouts. I use it on a regular basis for yoga.
The best yoga app
Have been using this app since the lockdown in March 2020 and it has been amazing. The yoga workouts are perfect in terms of the instructor, the music and flexibility. I love the spiritual playlists and the fact that you can save the songs on Spotify. I also enjoy the HITT and Meditation app but have used these less frequently. There are slight glitches with loading time but overall it is one of the best apps out there for home yoga workouts and there is no comparison with watching tutorials on Youtube, this feels much more personal. I am an NHS key worker so managed to get it for free very kindly however am now continuing on a paid subscription because I love it.
Perhaps the only constructive feedback is if some of the selected tutorials can be downloaded offline so that workouts can be done when you don't have Wifi or want to keep your phone switched off etc.
Thank you down dog!!
I love Down dog App
I love Down dog App. It is amazing application. They keep me motivated and focused. Thank you
Wow this app is awesome
Wow this app is awesome. Started using it when everything went pearshaped with Co-Vid19 last April. Am a complete yoga beginner so started with lowest level and then gradually progressed to next beginner level. Now in New Year am on to Intermediate. Love the fact that it is never repetitive, easily understood and great visuals. Will be renewing my membership when it runs out. Thank you Down Dog, my midriff
has never looked this good.😁
Brilliant app
Brilliant app, user friendly and has kept me interested since March. I now do a yoga session at least 5 times a week and it's great to be able to see your progression and tailor each session to your needs. The customer service is also brilliant; friendly and quick to respond. I can't recommend this app highly enough.
The app is amazing
Zero Support and numerous tech issues
Terrible, terrible, terrible support. The website is awful. No response to support emails or contact through the app. This company will take your money and run. So many more fitness apps coming along, don't waste your money here. We paid for a year but will not be renewing.
Good app and site when it works
Good app and site when it works. However, there are FREQUENT technical issues and now you can't contact support. I have been a paid subscriber for over 6 months and this app has gotten progressively worse.
BEST.
I am astonished to see so little reviews about this app. I was expecting to see thousands of positive posts. This is one of the most well made apps ever, so clever, clean, user friendly, everything is so well thought off. I am not going to my local yoga practices anymore, because this app is really all I need to enjoy a good quality yoga with amazing music. I tried many different yoga apps before, and I could not last with them more than coupe of weeks. The only thing I wish it could have - at least 1 yoga practise to be available to be downloaded, as sometimes I need it in locations where there is no WIFI.
Thank you for such an amazing product!
Biggest fan.

This is by far the best yoga app I have found. I like the fact that you can control all aspects of your routine like time limit, music, type of yoga, amount of verbal instruction, special areas you want to work, types of poses you don’t want to do due to injuries, etc. everything about this app is awesome!
Great guided at home Yoga practices
Started using this as I cannot go to a studio due to the lockdowns. Was skeptical at first, as I love to do yoga in a studio set-up but the experience is just great. The app offers a variety of practices that are highly customisable (type/level/duration/pace of the practice; background music/voice; detail of instructions and specific focus on areas to improve).
The app gives a good overview of previous practices in a calendar format, so it's easy to track progress and check in on commitment.
This is probably the next best thing to 1:1 in-person lessons. Can absolutely see me continuing this even when things are back to normal as an addition to my studio practice or when travelling.
Beginner, now keen and improving
This app has got me started on yoga productively and safely. I look forward to my daily practices as an oasis of happy, well-instructed challenge and stretching followed by peaceful calm.
You can tailor the sessions for type of yoga (including chair yoga), length, speed, voice (calm and friendly Chad for me) and even music. The practices are different every day.
At a time when we all need something for the whole body and mind that can be done at home or wherever you happen to be, this is perfect.
