Downtown.nl is promising next day delivery. In covid-19 times this is obviously harder to realise as we can all understand. However, I'm currently waiting for a shipment for four days already, while it is no where to be located and has a value of 300€.
As Downtown is OUTSOURCING the shipment, they have redirected me to this third party. However, they have stopped providing information and are redirecting me BACK TO DOWNTOWN..
I'm very disappointed in this service, as delay is understandable but not being able to provide information nor locate a valuable package is simply not okay.
