Usually VERY sound but this time there were 2 blank pages between pages 18 and 19 and page 19 did not have the correct background colour. Document sent as PDF entitled "Music System Updated 2023 onwards" version 0.97 and received today

My printing did arrive, on the specified day and was well packed and great quality. However, the day before I also received a random part of my printing and more importantly, received someone else's very personal printing! If this had been a one off, then I would have flagged to the company and left it at that, but this is the second time I have received someone else's personal information ...... So yes, the printing is great but poor on delivery schedules and privacy of others I am afraid.
