Used Dox Online again, so happy with service. Quick access to doctor while away on holidays. Easy process, attentive doctor, prescription sent to a late night pharmacy to ensure child had access to treatment in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

A very good service. I booked a time and received a call exactly on time. The doctor was very friendly and professional. She lstened and asked questions to makesure she had all the relevent information to work off of.
Once diagnosed my prescription was sent straight to my pharmacy and i collected it within ten minutes.

I searched for doctors on line went with the first one put in all my details and was rang within 10 minutes the doctor asked a few questions and then sent the prescription to my nearest chemist, much cheaper and quicker than my own doctor

Was putting off going into the doctor as it would mean taking time off , driving in, and 60 euro to wait a few days to be seen. I was able to make an appointment and be called at different ten minute increments throughout the day. I could even choose ten minutes from when I booked to be called. I had a wonderful, straight to the point doctor and the call lasted 2 minutes and 37 seconds. Boom, cough I’ve had for two weeks sorted. That being said, if it was an issue with any major concern I know it would likely take the appropriate time to understand what was going on and thus recommended to see someone in person- but for the inconvenient cold, uti, or bug I would choose this 100% over waiting to see someone when I know our healthcare services can be overwhelmed.

This service is absolutely amazing. My daughter had a really high temperature Saturday morning. I would have needed to wait to Saturday evening to see the Caredoc Services. Within minutes DoxOnline had me called, talked with me and prescription for my daughter issued to my local Pharmacy. I honestly cannot thank this service and Dr anymore. My daughter is back well now.
