Great experience
Great experience, they took my appointment on short notice and within 10 minutes of the call ending my prescription was in my local chemist. Great value also! Would highly recommend!

Excellent service — really impressed. It’s so difficult getting a doctor’s appointment in Ireland these days, but I logged on, picked a time slot, and got a video call with a doctor straight away. Excellent service and priced very competitively too. Would highly recommend.

It was clear and easy to book. The call was made on time and very professional. And prescription sent straight across to the pharmacy so my child could start medicine he needed straight away. No waiting days on appointments.

I had a very positive experience. The doctor was kind, professional and really listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable during the consultation and everything was explained clearly. The treatment was provided quickly and efficiently, and I really appreciated how understanding and reassuring they were throughout the appointment. Highly recommended.

Positives: could get an appointment immediately. Doctor was helpful and got the diagnosis and prescription sent quickly.
Negatives: video wasn’t working so had phone call with photos being sent on WhatsApp. Dose on prescription was incorrect but spotted by pharmacist and corrected with a call to the doctor.
