This is really a great app. It has a lot value for a free account. Where else can you be HIPPA compliant and have to pay a monthly fee? I am a casual user as I only have two clients at a time and work full-time at another job. If I decide to go full-time after I retire from that I will definitely upgrade to take advantage of the premium features which are also quite reasonable.

The audio was fine, and the process of admitting a client into the session was straightforward. I would recommend Doxy Me to other practitioners.

I also like the ability to buy group sessions Alacart.

Doxy me is HIPPA compliant, reliable about 99% of the time and easy to use for the provider as well as the participant.

ABout 95% of the time connection is good. I love that they text when someone checks in - allows me to NOT keep checking my phone if I'm not in front of my computer. I can use the same link with every client without worrying that someone else can bounce into the session, and without having to 'admit' people as on zoom.

The people at Doxy seem dedicated to keeping up with technology and ask for feedback when things might not be smooth and I find that they are fixed in a timely manner.

Doxy provides a great platform with security to provide care to my clients. It is also extremely reliable.

Yesterday a patient appeared in the virtual waiting room one hour early. It was easy to use the chat feature to reschedule quickly, taking only a few seconds from the session in progress that was wrapping up anyway. Doxy.me is user-friendly for patients on any phone or computer, with no downloads or codes. I can see who's in the waiting room. If I can't reply in real time, and can reach them later since I've seen that they had a problem.

Doxy is pretty user friendly to use for both the therapist and the patient, and it offers a lot of helpful things such as letting you know when you or the other person's connection is low or giving you an option to chat with someone in the waiting room while you're on the video with someone else. However, it does sometimes glitch randomly and have times where it will take a long time for you or the person you're meeting with to connect.

Doxy is easy to use. No need to set up appointments. Just log in and go. Very useful in my Telehealth practice, and it's for free! More features are available if you upgrade. Doxy is a winner!

Love that link is short and repetitive. Usually works ok Sometimes client can't get in or picture is fuzzy

Clear connections, easy for clients to connect.

Doxyme is by far, one of the best video platforms I have used. I have been using them for many years now. It's very easy to navigate both for the clinician, as well as the clients. I have not had any issues with the platform.
I strongly recommend it to any practitioner who needs a well developed video platform for their clients or patients.

Easy log-in, has all the basic features I need.
On occasion, clients have trouble connecting, but it is almost always an issue with their internet connect. Once client had more serious trouble, but was able to troubleshoot with Doxy technical support.
