Received the bracelet and it is beautiful

Absolutely disgusting I ordered the ornament twice I had to email them stating they keep confirming it was a plague they sent me an email back with assurances that it was the light up ornament and today I received a bit of plastic keychain i have emailed them I no response I am going to take this further I am fuming it was a birthday gift in two days time

The mat was cheap and thin. It came folded up with permanent white creases in it.

The wrong name was printed on the gift. You closed the case. No explanation as to why. No refund!

I like it but it's much thinner than I'd hoped. It does not lay flat, even after many days being on my porch. As it has no real weight to it, I fully expect it will blow away on our next stormy day. I'll probably have to velcro it down to keep that from happening.

I ordered the graduation girl for my granddaughter. Now that she graduates. I truly loved it. They did a great job on it. This is a good company if they make a mistake they make it good for you.

I order a personalized Class of Graduation Block LED Light Plaque for my daughter. It was delivered within the promised time which was good but the base is very bright in color different than the model in the website & the wri in white barely noticeable & the most important problem is the base wider the the plaque itself & it keeps wiggling not stable, over all I don't recommend it

I purchased the hair dresser stand for my hair dresser. She loved it. It was packaged nice and arrived in great condition.

I assumed the nautical letters would be embroidered on to the baseball cap. (I know, I know, what they saw about assuming!) Anyway, FYI the nautical letters are glued or painted on. Look good from a distance but close up - not so much. Also the baseball caps are lighter weight. I bought it for my son's BD and will still gift it. But I was a tad disappointed in the product.

Looks ok although was a little underwhelmed by the quality of material it was made with considering the cost.
