The tag was stuck on the item and it was hard to get it off so one side was scratched trying to get the sticker off also the names are so small on the items that you need glasses to see it. I would not order that item again

The size chart does not accurately reflect the size. I sent an email inquiring about changing the shirt to an XXL. I received no response.

I ordered the 2 t-shirts for my husband and my 40th wedding anniversary.
I thought I had ordered M and XL when I got the receipt it showed 2 x M...I contacted them immediately to ask them to change the order to the sizes I needed, was told it could not be done...
Order comes and I get 2 x XL..
So disappointed as it will be too large for hubby.
Ah well, I have to deal with it I guess.

The Personalized Pocket Hug I was very disappointed with it, lettering to to small and names were small also not legible. I'm sorry to have spent my money on that.. Will never order again

I ordered a decal for my camper door they advertised it was a nice looking decal. I ordered it I got it and we put it on the camper door as they showed in less then an hour it was laying on the ground . Would not stick to the door. I contacted them and went back and forth with them it would not stick. They ask for pictures of sticker I sent it . Offered me a 20% refund I denied then offered 30% I denied wanted a refund. They continued back-and-forth. They said they want to send me another one. I said I didn't want it. Did not stick first time why would I want another? I wanted a refund then they turned around and said they said made another one and sent it, which is supposed to be in the mail, I don't want it. I asked for a refund. They totally ignored my request. I reported them to PayPal. PayPal is working on the situation because they lied. They do not guarantee a refund on stuff because I can't get one and I have a decal that does not stick. I don't know what these people think they kept asking for pictures. I'm a 71-year-old lady. Don't you think I know how to put a sticker on by now? Worst run around I am getting in there decal that won't stick to my camper door .

Very happy and disappointed on the same order. I ordered the plaque of the backs of the family on the beach. I was really looking forward to this item as it gives you the ability to include family members that are no longer with us. Unfortunately the thickness and quality of the acrylic they use makes it very cloudy and hazy looking. You can barely see the image. In fact you can see the image better from behind or through the sides of the plaque. Would not recommend this item.

I also ordered two personalized ornaments and really love them. Other than the hair color wasn’t as accurately represented online as I would have liked. I thought I was choosing a light brown/blonde and it came out more reddish brown. I think they are really cute and look forward to giving them at Christmas.

Thank you for the response. I thought that was the case initially and was not able to find a way to pull any film off and I was afraid I might damage it if I tried to scrape at the front. After reading your response I tried again with my finger nail and was finally able to get a tiny piece to lift up and I was able to pull it off. It is great. Thank you again for the response and the beautiful work. My husband and I both are enjoying it.

product came with no instructions. very messy process. But worse, the logo is much tinier than depicted on the webpage.

I ordered the nautical flag hat for my husband and it looks great! I put it away for his Christmas stocking. He is a long time boater and I think he will get a kick out of it.
