The plaque I purchased was as described but it was better than expected. It is a present for my wife who unfortunately has dementia and she absolutely loves it as do all the family.
It arrived sooner than expected and was very well packed and I had regular updates.

I bought a little wooden, stand up scene of a woman, a man, and a dog. The figurine was supposed to say
"YOU, AND ME, AND THE DOG." The one I received said,
"YOU, ME AND THE CAT", with the figurine of a dog.
It was very cute and looked perfect until " the CAT."

I absolutely loved the doormat; it's great quality and really makes my doorway look so much better. My neighbors have been asking me where I bought it because it's so beautiful. I truly loved it.

I ordered a personalized golf ball stamp and the product is awful. I followed all instructions and still the ink either smeared or ink for the design was missing. I wrote Doyo and they offered a 20% refund even though they adverstise satisfaction guaranteed. I will never order another product from them.

I ordered a personalized "premium" door mat. Tried to cancel the order and couldnt because it wasnt within 3hrs of ordering it. When this "premium" door mat arrived, it was made of the cheapest thinnest material they could find. The slightest wind will blow the thing to the neighbors house. There is nothing premium about this door mat and them calling it that and charging you for premium is fraud. Do Not, I repeat DO NOT buy this crap. It will end up in the trash and my money wasted.

It is wonderful! I bought this as a gift for xmas for my Dad who has severe Alzheimer’s, with his favourite song I thought he would like it. I also chose the picture selection that looks like him and my mom sat together on the deckchairs.
Although it arrived a little later than i had hoped, the quality is great, it is so nice, and just a single button to play or stop the song for simplicity. I also need to say that the customer service was excellent- after I made my order i changed my mind on the names (i wanted dave instead of david), and also the words changed. And they assured me both would be done- and they have been. Im so pleased. Definitely recommend this gift and the doyobest company. Thankyou so much.
