Let's be honest about Doze...

I placed my order and yes... It took a month to arrive. But after their explication through customer service I was sympathetic to the situation, gave them the benefit on the doubt, it worked in my favour.

I get it, the situation they had hasn't been ideal, but was likely worse for them, let's be real, my order was heavily compensated, which I was also told it would be, the after their product was returned, I receieved it, very good quality buds, some weighing in at 2g+ each, well cured, flavour is spot on.

Don't let the recent string of reviews set you off, it's worth the order, especially now there's no issues with stock. Customer service needs a special shout out. To those claiming they've had no reply, seems odd since this log alone (nevermind my previous 10+ orders total before this) I have over 70 emails between us keeping me updated, offering ways to help and other options. Anais, you're great at your job 👍

Customer Service is non existent!

I have been a customer for years without issue, but on 27/06 I placed a £90 order that I never received. They haven't responded to any of my emails or online chat messages.

Customer service is totally non-existent and buying from them is a gamble that I can't afford in future.

Didn't send order

Ordered 26/06 and STILL not had my order. Over £100 order and ive not been refunded or had my order. Was told I'd be compensated due to the mistake yet have since heard nothing. Left countless messages all now being ignored. Orderd plenty of times before so am so annoyed.

charas

I ordered some charas, it is really nice. The flavour is spot on and it burns really well. White ash. Very uplifting. I ordered it on the weekend and it arrived today which is spot on. Definitely worth it.

Absolute cowboys

Absolute cowboys,just like everyone else been waiting near a month now for my order,zero customer support,must have sent 10 emails not one response,really wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered,genuinally looks like these muppets are pulling an exit scam,asked for a refund,surprise surprise no reply so I've gone to the bank to get my money back!!

Not Recommended- 15/07- Purchase made on 29/06

15/07- Purchase made on 29/06, straight after getting an order confirmation, I get another notification that the website is down..
Then an email stating their supplier’s are having issues with stock and will send out asap.
The following day get another email informing that they are back, with a 50% reduction on all orders… still no tracking or any confirmation that my order has been dispatched … zero communication from the seller, dispute raised with my bank, money might be returned… will update further.
22/07 update
After raising a dispute with my bank and explaining what has happened and whet I’ve read here, they returned my funds back to me.
They have 30 days to dispute this refund.
Still no communication from doze, still no items delivered.
You would’ve thought they (Doze)may have got in touch once the bank cancelled the payment and returned the money back to me.
But nothing , nada, zilch , jack shite. …

Exit Scam

DozeCBD are currently running an exit scam using their 50% off sale as bait. Do not purchase anything from them. They have scammed me £170, God knows how much in total. As you can see by all recent reviews, orders were placed during this sale, the website went down for a week and they claimed to not have stock (so why promote a sale, and why even have stuff available online?) and they'd fill orders when they're back. This was 3 weeks ago. Doze are not fulfilling orders and are scamming people with an exit scam, while ignoring customer service emails. No doubt the website will be down for food very soon. Go to moonbarguy or calibudz.

Did not receive order

I have used this company 3 times and all 3 times have been perfect but I did another order 24th May and its now 11th July it's saying completed but it is not ,I have after many emails sent to the company I received a email from Simon 3 weeks ago saying there's a problem on the royal mail side and it's getting sorted but still nothing .I have just sent another email ,I'm not holding my breath, very disappointed 😞 as things seemed great before.I will now be looking else where 🙃

#52705(order number) I ordered on the 26th June I got an email to say order completed and then nothing. The website went down apparently because they ran out of stock, it’s now reopened for business and they are taking new orders but not sending out the older ones. I have reached out multiple times, and eventually someone gets back to you, but never any clear answer as to when I will receive my order. I just don’t think it’s fair to take people’s money and leave them hanging like this, sadly I won’t ever order from dozecbd again as it’s to stressful feeling like you’ve been ripped off.

Ordered seven days ago

Ordered seven days ago, not replied to either the on-site chat or e-mail I sent.
I also order from Moonbarguy.co.uk and their stuff is next day, same with Budmother.co.uk.
I might improve the rating if get my order/reply...Might!?

*UPDATE*
Got an email today 10th July saying
"We are currently out of stock on our HHC products.
Our supplier, who has experienced delays, has announced delivery next week.
All late orders will be generously compensated.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience."

I will update and let you know if it arrives!

SEEMS THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Ordered an HHC pen had no update for over a week my emails were all ignored not one response. Then it arrives and isn’t working at all I have tried charging it taking a drag and nothing will happen. I’ve tried contacting multiple times and am being ignored and now seems like they have shut the website down. I am prepared to take this to small claims court if need be.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst company.
Ordered on 15th June, 8 days later I received an email saying my order was completed (no tracking info)
A further 7 days on and still no order.
They have today disabled their website too. I have raised a refund request with my bank and will never use these again. Very deceptive company scamming a lot of people. Do not expect any sort of reply to emails or messages either, pointless!

I have reported the company to consumer rights and the business ombudsman.

19 days since my order

19 days since my order, and I have only received half. I received an apologetic email from the company for the initial delay, still not heard from them regarding the missing items.
July 10 2025. No answer to my emails even after they have closed the shop to seemingly 'catch up' on their orders. Extremely disappointing and stressful from a company that's supposed to chill you out.

False pictures to what you get in your order. Ordered some blue cheese CBD and all I got was stalked and airy dead tiny buds with no smell I even threw it away. Never again, I would like an apology at least since I probably don’t get my money back! Btw customer service 0/10 since taking my money no contact from them and had the audacity to send me what they sent me really poor quality.
