Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service! Ordered a new samsung phone for day 1 release and the driver has taken a picture of a random street nowhere near my property saying i missed the delivery.

Not even a phone call to to atleast attempt to deliver.

Practically impossible to get through to a human to chase, now i have to go without a phone for the entire weekend for my work

Absolutely appalling The driver…

Absolutely appalling The driver deliberately doesn’t deliver heavy pkgs, then pretends he tried to make the delivery i tracked him and he just drove past the turning. Second time this week. Why is it ok to waste our time but DPD take now action and no responsibility.

DPD are disgusting

DPD are disgusting. I was upstairs when they came to deliver something. I shouted out of the window to leave it on the doorstep but she refused so I said that I was coming down. Due to my arthritis I am slow up and down the stairs. When I did get downstairs she had driven off with my parcel. I know about reaching targets but this was despicable.

Rude driver

DPD were to collect an item to be sent for repair. I was told they would call before which they didn't. I queried this with the driver who said I should have had an e-mail. He was rude in the extreme. When I asked for proof of the collection he said "Are you serious?"I asked him to wait while I went inside for my phone. He said he didn't have time and when I came out he had taken the item and I was just in time to see him drive off at speed.

Did not even give me 10 seconds to get to the door!

Vikas was the delivery driver. He rang my intercom and then did not even wait 10 seconds for me to let him in. He disappeared. I saw him from the camera. Useless delivery person. Then it says my parcel is at garage for pick up. I went today and no parcel inside locker. App never works either. The interface is extremely poor. Never had problems with any other courier company.

Absolute joke of a courier

Absolute joke of a courier, I once considered them as one of the best but now they are just useless, drivers generally don’t care and are useless and uninterested in the job. Disgusting service from a garbage company

Complete incompetence

Ordered a parcel for a delivery locker. For 48 hours, tracking data was gaslighting me and claiming that delivery was being attempted. On chat with rep, they admit they left in locker, but now refuse to furnish me the PIN and are demanding I open an "investigation" with the sender.

They leverage the fact that parcel laws put liability with the sender to be completely egregious. Their right to deliver should be stripped and insurers shouldn't do business with these chancers.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I order some camping equipment worth £4000 and paid for Saturday delivery. Only one of my parcels showed up with parcel 2 of 2 on the label. The keep saying we will attempt delivery tomorrow but no delivery. It’s 3 days later now.

Completely useless company

Completely useless.
The driver never attempted the delivery (shock I know).
There’s no way to log a complaint or even give feedback.
Even the chat bot is as bad…. It does as much as possible to repeat the same thing.
Honestly how are you still in business?

They don´t deliver

They don´t deliver. The van will pass by the address but won´t stop to deliver the package... A few minutes later, it will mark as "customer not at home".

DPD due to collect a TV return

DPD due to collect a TV return. They did not knock on door just took picture of the house and said venue closed. Re arranged collection with curry’s in 2 days time, same thing happened. Just don’t understand it.

DPD !!!!Worst delivery company in UK never arrived on time always send you email that there were here but they are not !!!! It's a big liar's courier never come very bad jobs from them unprofessional, you have to keep call them and complain about the drivers , not recommended at all !! very bad experience with DPD !!

I have never experienced such…

I have never experienced such unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable service in my life.

I received an SMS stating that my parcel was out for delivery. Because of this, I stayed home the entire day and did not go to the office, expecting a delivery or at least a call. Nothing happened. No delivery, no call, no explanation.

The following day, I contacted the call centre and spoke to four different agents, all of whom were rude, aggressive, and dismissive. Calls were repeatedly dropped. One agent even swore at me, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with a paying customer.

I was told my address was “incorrect,” yet the agent read my address word for word, including my unit number. Another agent claimed a driver took a photo of a “white building,” which means absolutely nothing to me and does not prove an attempted delivery. No one wanted to listen or take accountability.

After being promised that my parcel would be delivered on Monday, nothing happened. It only arrived on Tuesday — and when it did, the parcel was OPENED and resealed with sellotape. SHEIN parcels do not arrive like this. To make matters worse, items were missing from inside the parcel.

This raises serious concerns about tampering and theft.

This company has failed in:
• Customer service
• Professional conduct
• Parcel security
• Basic accountability

I will never use this courier again and strongly advise others to avoid them. This experience needs to be investigated, and customers deserve far better than this.
1 star is too generous.

1 star is being generous!

Just unfortunate that I have to give one star.
This business needs a government investigation into theft!
No way does DPD keep losing parcels, every time there’s a return address on the parcel, yet it goes missing never to be seen again.
Customer service is the worst on the planet, no drivers speak English, so you can’t actually get an answer from them, and their service is quite frankly diabolical.
Cannot be allowed to continue as a business.

Every single time a retailer I order…

Every single time a retailer I order from uses DPD they lie about attempted delivery as an excuse to take ages to deliver a parcel. I know it’s BS as 1. I was in and 2. It doesn’t arrive for days after.

NOTE TO RETAILERS I will avoid ordering from you if you use DPD. This many poor reviews is SHOCKING I hope all these customers use social media to pressure companies to not use DPD.

I HATE this company!

I HATE this company!
They have never brought the packages, despite sending emails informing that the packages will arrive the following day and after that, time of the delivery, they simply leave them in a pick up station.
