We had an emergency break down in Albuquerque for a fleet contract on the weekend and this company stepped up! Got us up and running and fixed our problem right the first time. Zach and Samson were the best. They even worked after hours to help us out. Absolutely the best!
They had our truck for 3 weeks (to be fair it was around the holidays) but they told us that our DPF filter was bad and when they cleaned it that it was still bad so it had to be replaced. We asked for read outs of the air flow and they stated that they didn't print any. Everytime we asked for something to show us proof of the issue they couldn't. We even asked to see the old DPF filter and they said they had already sent it back. Within a week we were getting the same type of codes coming up with the truck. After having it checked somewhere else we found out the issue wasn't anything to do with the DPF system at all. We lost 3 weeks of payload runs from them alone and that isn't including the time lost to have someone else discover the right issue but we were out over 4K paying them to replace something they couldn't prove was ever bad and didn't fix the issue.
