The tuner doesn't work out of the box it turns on to the mini maxx scren and freezes and does nothing eals so I email them jumped thrue all there hoops then sent me to a difrent company jumped thru all there hoops just to tell me go to another this happend 5 times till I got sent back to them all this has been in 3 weeks and now they won't ance me worst $700 I have ever spent.

I don't know why everybody is writing a bad review about this company I'm assuming because most people only write a review when they're unhappy. But my experience with this company was just fine. I was very skeptical going forward with a company who does not answer their phone you cannot find the location it just seems shady. But that might be the EPA's fault. I split up my purchases with multiple companies just in case I was getting scammed but in the end I got exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion and didn't have a problem. I only ordered an exhaust pipe system so I can only speak on that but if you find this review you can find solace and find it safe to place an order.

Program sucks, no turbo boost. Emailed company and no response and no phone number to call. Best part is you can’t write a review on his website it’s like he makes it all up. If you can’t call or email and get help with a product you spent good money on there is serious problem with how the business is run, in other words they are crooks.

I had to put one star to leave a comment but i just got a new mini maxx v1 an it dont work its not reading my ecm. I tried reaching out to them they have contact numbers they told to reach to someone else for when i got it from them. they are unprofessional they sell mini maxx tunner when h&s been closed for a long time.

Was never sent tunes for my tuner. Parts were missing in my kit. Seems they just wrote me off now im not even getting a resposnse

Ordered new mini maxx V2 from them and pipe would never work on my tire size stock and had a question over tune they couldn't answer anything like really they sell them but don't know anything even something simple. Had to contact another company they sent me after being smarta$$$ to me So order from someone who knows what they selling.
I order a lot and was just trying a new place for the shop.

Their website tied up funds getting an authorization. Repeatedly told me to contact my bank since my card was declined, which it wasn't. I provided screen shots and my bank told me it was up to the merchant and card issuer to get funds released or complete authorized transaction.

They will not return phone calls after purchase or help will repair or refund. The have several website in other countries and run their bussiness for a garage.

Terrible customer service. Condescending and untruthful. Ordered a RaceMe Ultra and DPF/CAT delete pipes. Tuner is great, but they advertise the delete pipes as utilizing the factory muffler in Gen 4 Rams. This is patently false as a quick observation will prove. Their response to having sold me something falsely advertised was simply, "The DPF & CAT delete pipe keeps the factory muffler", with no further communication. Not only are they arrogantly incorrect, but I believe them to be willfully dishonest. I would recommend doing business elsewhere.

What a joke does not deserve 1 star ordered 2 tuners one on the 4th of September and another on the 11th of September was told product would ship multiple times and nothing also told I would receive a refund again nothing I would not recommend this company to no one biggest scam of them all luckily my bank is refunding me my 2200.00 dollars
