Najia supported me through a settlement agreement that needed to be turned around quickly and which also spanned over the xmas and new year holiday period. She successfully put a pause on the redundancy process and helped me with a DSAR request which eventually resulted in a positive outcome. Throughout the process, Najia was always available to discuss settlement process either by phone or email and her vast experience in this arena shone through on several occasions during the process.
