Very good customer service, instant response and quick and proper solution

Everything went smoothly from the order to the delivery and I am really satisified with both the adjustable desk and the chair. I recommend.

Could be better with clearer assembling instructions on the manual (especially the chair which didnt have the video) and labelling of the screw packages.

The desk was delivered broken and the quality was generally much lower thn I would expect for the price we paid.

One point deducted for the delivery agent Postnord. They decided not deliver and ask me to pick up from the service point. One deducted for the instruction manual of the chair was difficult to understand.

**Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!**

If you're an individual buyer, do NOT order from them! They sent me the wrong color file organizer, and it's taking an entire week just to organise the return transport. The transporter was nightmare, and DPJ is offering no help—I’ve already lost two full days of work because of their mistake. Now that the transpor is done since two days, I have zero news of next steps. Absolutely unacceptable!

This is my second time purchasing a desk from DPJ Workspace and both times I'm satisfied, with communication, description, delivery. Thank you.

Where do I start. I will start by advising everyone to never order anything here. I ordered a desk a month ago and first it took a week longer than promised for it to be delivered and then it also turned out that they had not delivered it complete. They cannot be reached by phone and you can only communicate by email. After email contact they promised to send the missing rods immediately. I then had to wait 2 weeks for this to find out that they had only delivered 1 missing rod instead of 2. In short, I cannot call them again and have now demanded that I want my money back immediately, but I have not received any response to that at all. In short, the website seems good and reliable, but don't do it, please order somewhere else.

The lamp is beautiful but in my opinion it is a pity that it was not designed by a professional designer. The top end where the lamp connects to the trunk has not had a screw to hold it, so every time you put the lamp in place it comes off and you have to put it back on all the time, plus the lamp is tilted forward and that also causes it to come off. Anyway... for the poor design that it has for me it is very expensive.

missing pieces in the desk that i bought online during black friday sale. Could not assemble the whole table.

I bought a raisable office desk. Good quality product, price competitive, and easy to assemble. Fast traceable delivery, perhaps a bit expensive, but at least it was delivered to my door

I ordered a "Hæve sænkebord" from them and received it shortly after i ordered it. All was good until i tried to assemble it as some screws were missing. Furthermore, they haven't labelled the different bags with screws which is also very annoying. However, mistakes happen and i reach out to them to receive the missing screws, only to get the wrong ones... So i had to reach out to them again, and now i received a full new toolkit with all the screws, so I had two now. Somehow there are still some screws missing... So I had to reach out to them again and i've lost count on how many times i've had to do this. They say they will sent the screws and now i haven't heard anything or even received an email regarding my parcel, and it several days ago. I ordered the table a month ago and I still haven't been able to assemble it.

The quality of product seems good, however due to such bad service and the fact they can't solve as simple of an issue as missing screws, i would not recommend this company to others. I'm lost for words and patience.
