On July 20th, 2023 I paid in about 5700 ubtc, which is about 150 euros. When I turned the first rounds I got a profit of 6975 ucbt in the free spins, these correspond to around 190 euros, but I did NOT get this profit credited to my account! I tried to update the website and log in again, unfortunately without success! I immediately contacted support and sent them the winning ID and the replay video. To this day, I'm told over and over again that the team still has no information about this incident. 4 days have now passed and I have not received any information, let alone any credit.

Bis Heute werde ich immer und immer wieder vertröstet, dass das Team noch keine Information über diesen Vorfall habe. 4 Tage sind mittlerweile vergangen und habe bis jetzt Keine Informationen geschweige keine Gutschrift bekommen.

Sollte ich in Zukunft was erhalten gebe ich ein Update.

Heute, am 24.07.2023, habe ich eine abschließende Antwort vom Manager erhalten: „Es ist ein Anbieterproblem, wir werden Ihnen die Gewinne nicht gutschreiben, aber wir senden Ihnen als Entschuldigung 500 FUN-Tokens.“
