Excellent service. The plumber worked hard all day to install the boiler and all the extra work that was needed. 5 star service all the way. Would highly recommend DPR plumbing.

Had a phone call from Steve through boiler guide, booked an appointment to do a site survey to give a clear and accurate quote at a time that suited me. Once the quote had been accepted it was only a few days and the boiler was fitted. Very good workmanship from the installation engineers.

From the beginning to the end, communication was great. The whole team were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and they left our house immaculate after they finished. Excellent service all around.
DPR have been invaluable in providing support to our care service. Often coming out at short notice to remedy any issues. They have completed a variety of jobs including full installations and adaptions to existing systems as required.

Top company from quote through to after sales. Nothing too much trouble to sort without issue. The installation team were very efficient, and made little mess cleaning up & removing all rubbish can't fault them. I would certainly recommend DPR Plumbing & Heating Ltd.
Highly recommend DPR, instillation of boiler carried out professionally and efficiently by Chris and Dean very little if any clearing up on completion, so yes very pleased.

The company was very professional was very quick snd efficient and discussed in depth with us the job only took two days to instal clean and efficient nothing was to much trouble we had really good experience with dpr would highly recommend them

From quote to installation everything was carried out in a professional manner. The quote was very competitive, DPR Plumbing and Heating Ltd arrived on time on the date stated and carried out the boiler installation without any problems. Any questions I asked were answered to my satisfaction, Steve and his colleague Cade were efficient and all rubbish was removed before a final clean up was carried out. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Steve came with Dai and they worked very well together they did a brill job at taking a old Baxi back boiler changing it to a Baxi combi boiler,very neat and tidy all cleaned ,very happy with start and finish,very polite and efficient,talked us through it and explained what he was doing.Would recommend Steve Jones .
