The mirror is great, but the mat…..

It must have been something wrong with the first one we got, because the service was so excellent that we actually got a new mat and it is perfect. It does holds up even though my daughter is a "picker"! Great!

The mirror is great, but the mat is just like any other. For almost € 70 I was expecting more. It’s not resistant at all. Disappointing.

Ecco perchè ti abbiamo provato a contattare 3 volte tramite l'email fornita a Trustpilot per chiedere di inviarci delle foto del problema riscontrato ed eventualmente offrirti una sostituzione del tappeto (qualora avesse un difetto di fabbrica).

Siamo molto dispiaciuti perchè non ci hai mai risposto...
