I am currently waiting for a £2100 withdrawal made on Friday evening. It was reversed from pending withdrawal back into my account and then resubmitted by Dr bet at 10am on Saturday morning after I had been playing on Saturday am with the Saturday am deposit bonus??? I have varified my account fully, which has been accepted. I have been given no valid reason for the delay. This is such a shame as it was great in the beginning and they had my trust. Saw someone write on here exactly the same experience I had, I took a introduction bonus. When it was real cash I never got one bonus played really poorly. As soon as I went into bonus funds the gameplay changed it started bonusing. Since then I have deposited 3 times in real cash. Played hundreds if not thousands of spins on different slots. Hi,
No I did not authorise them payments I deposited a payment of £20 only and two £15 and a £10 was taken at the sane time it did not go through the banking security protection so your taking rubbish.
At the end of the day if that was the case then you would see the credited amount in my balance but only £20 was there!!.
Bottom line is you took the payments and only partially refunded me one £15 payment still leaving £25 unaccounted.

Easy verification at the start. Helpful customer service fast withdrawals with no issues. Only thing I'd like for 5 stars is a wider range of games but other than that really pleased with my experience so far :)
