We've been working with drafts for several months now and it's been great! Our project manager Ria always gives us timely updates on our design projects and as long as your brief is clear, the design team delivers good quality designs. I would recommend their service for any company that need a couple of design projects weekly

With 20+ years in the startup industry, and being part of the beginning for many projects, and working alongside some of the best designers, financed by some of the wealthiest investors, using an agency always feels a stepdown

Due to lack of available resources for a new project, I took the initiative and went with draftss. I had whittled down to a top 5 list from a list of 50. Short listing was easy, as it seems many design agencies don't want to get involved with web / mobile UX

I gave one highly appraised agency a week trial, and whilst there platform was great, the work delivered in a week was slow coming and off mark on quality

I then went with draftss. I had originally dismissed draftss due to lack of belief they could deliver after an intro call, but I gave them a go. They smashed the test work, and with a mind blowing promo deal on offer (it had just finished that week but they honoured it), I signed up

Like any agency, it was pretty hard work to start. Briefs weren't really being followed, and the quality wasn't there. But, since Draftss were open to using any comms tool, through the use of Trello and amazing real time chat on Slack with the assigned project manager, Aditi, we made progress

The work required for a social media site was comprehensive. And in honesty, it took a month of trial and error, and being firm to ask for a different designer, when things finally took that turn.

Aditi, was so helpful and assisting in every need I had. I was assigned an absolute legend of a designer who seems to know Figma better than anyone I've worked with (the animation work is better than I can do in code ;-)) and their absolute desire to get the designs as I need means I've complete faith in them.

For transparency, I even tried an agency, whilst with Draftss, I had used in the past I was fond off, but the bar was set too high (the agency was incredibly slow to communicate and deliver) and I cancelled that trial and fully committed to Draftss for another client project.

I'm really excited to keep pushing work to Draftss way. Long have I wanted to work with a very affordable agency who can deliver the quality of work my stupidly high expectations have. I can also have a direct line with the designer via comments on the Figma board

I can't thank them enough, especially Aditi who has to bear the grunt of my immediate dissatisfaction sometimes (though now I know they can deliver, I'm a lot more passive :-) )

Oh, and they also work crazy long days, including Saturdays it seems so add that into value for money too!

Just hope this review doesn't mean my designer gets reassigned on new client tasks :-D

Great experience working with Jess and Draftss team -- the designs created were mostly what I expected the first time, with a fair turnaround time. Jess is very responsive and helpful, and Draftss team is serious about building a design service. Will definitely use Draftss on all my future projects.

It's been great experience with draft team

Amazing team! Most, if not all, designs were a home run on the first try. Excellent communication and a fantastic team overall. I've also used Design Pickle, and while they are good, the design quality from Draftss is superior. Overall, a very positive experience.

Amazing team, most if not all designs hit right out of the park the first. Great communication, great team. Overall good experience. I've tried Design Pickle as well, and they are good too, but going off of the design quality between them and Draftss, I will say the designs are better with Draftss.

I've been working with Ria who has been fantastic. The quality of the designs have been great so far and any issues are quickly resolved. I've tried a couple of similar services but draftss has been the best in my experience.

Probably the most professional company I have worked with, They are very attentive to details, create variations, confirm the details so as not to waste time, and deliver fast, outstanding, and creative results every time. I highly recommend joining their services.

Draftss delivers top quality - I've tapped into their graphics and motion graphics arsenal, and they've never missed. My project manager, Aditi, has been in my corner since day one, serving up tailored service that's second to none. She's all about elevating my client experience, and let me tell you, she delivers with flying colors. It's crystal clear - she's knocked it out of the park.

Good for basic designs and landing pages but not for app designs or more sophisticated UIs

We have very impressed at how quickly our Draftss Project Manager was able to lock into our brand style and tone. Everything they have produced for us is big agency quality at a jobber's price point.

I signed up for the Build plan for a month and then decided the cancel. I found the design work to be amateur-level. For some pages, the images they created looked like clip art was used. I also asked for logos and they were not great. I also found myself pointing out errors and having to ask multiple times to have them fixed. If you give them all the directions, they can make an ok site. But if you are looking for designers to make something professional with little guidance, I would not recommend it. If you need a starter website and do not have a lot of money, then Draftss would do. You get what you pay for.
