The reason for my five stars is not so much about the product or initial service but rather how service minded their support staff was afterwards. In short, there had been a mistake in my order which I did not notice in time, yet without any hassle they fixed my order even though they legally could probably have gotten away with claiming too much time had passed. This is how I wish all businesses operated, not hiding behind technicalities but genuinely dedicated to ensuring their customers are happy with their purchase. Shout-out to Jenny in the support, you rock!

Seems like they have damages the underside of my car which I will take further. I asked before the job will take place that they had the right parts being my car is a complete new Kia Niro as I understand that the parts may take 6 months to abyear until they came available for when I tried to book before. I got an attitude answer being that he has installed Kia's before and he has worked for 20 years in this buisiness. Also complained that I didn't put enough diesel into the car I hired beingni only drive 20 km and the 4 litres I put in was not enough. Very disappointed and am going to see how they are going to repair my brand new car. Probably be a tense and defending reply so I will see how this goes!! I have installed 4 dragkrok before with them and no problems!
