I've never shopped here before, but found the game I was after at a better price here than anywhere else. So, without looking at any reviews, I thought I'd give them a go. I'm very glad I did! These guys are genuinely lovely. There was an issue with shipping, they sorted it without hesitation, making absolutely certain they got the game to me on time, which was especially important to me as it was a birthday gift for my daughter. I might have just as easily overlooked this online shop in favour of the larger retailers, but I'm very glad I didn't, and will be coming here FIRST for anything else in future. Top work my friend, keep it up! I will be back.

I stumbled across this website just because I was looking after a board game.
I wanted to buy Tzolk’in: The mayan calendar, but I was a little bit hesitant because 1. maybe I have a problem, but on all other websites where I look and want to find this game, it has the full name on display. On this website it wasn’t. Being the first time on this website and never heard of it before, it seemed a little bit off. No information regarding anything. So I decided to send an e-mail to find more information about the game (if it is new, if it has missing parts or something) why? Because the price was, for me at least, a steal, based on any other places where I have look. I have send the e-mail on Saturday afternoon, when, at approx 9pm same day I receive an e-mail back from Mr. Peter that everything that they have is new in shrink. With this review, I want to apologise to Mr. Peter if I have offended you, but it wasn’t my intention. It was just to good to be true, honestly!
And second, the price, was reduced, but way lower than any other places where I have seen it.
Next, customer service! I have send them yesterday an e-mail regarding my tracking number, which I didn’t have, they replied in 5 minutes, no joke! They sent me a friendly message with my tracking number in it.
Next it was the shipping, which was really fast, considering that after I have received the e-mail from Mr. Peter, I ordered the game. I have just received it, today, 17 of January. Really well packaged.
I would have give you 10 starts out 5. The whole experience was everything that I wish to have when ordering online!

Ordered dice for my raven guard army, updated me with the status, the items were very well packaged, came quickly, overall a very good experience. Would recommend

Couldn’t ask for a better place to shop for tabletop and board games. All the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Wide variety in store and friendly atmosphere when I’ve been in during game sessions.

Also order items in that aren’t stocked if requested. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Would recommend to anyone in the area or buying online.

Fantastic. Had never shopped here before but they had a copy of 'Once Upon a Time' the storytelling card game which I wanted for my niece's birthday. I was going to be away for a few days and so, in the order notes, I asked for the game to be shipped after a specific date and this request was followed to the letter. When it arrived it was very well packed and in perfect condition. Very happy - thank you.

I visited the Dragon Cavern for the first time a few days ago as I needed to get some trading card sleeves. The shop is really easy to locate and was really well stocked and tidy!! I was really happy with the service too, as soon as we walked in we were offered help and I got some great advice on the products I was looking at! There was so much stock in there that we ended up having a look around and we already have a list ready for what we want to get next! We ended up walking out with not only the card sleeves but the board game Eclipse and some tips on how to play it. We will definitely be back when we need more gaming related products. It’s now our go-to shop. I would highly recommend Dragon Cavern wether you are looking for something specific or interested in finding a new game to play!

Great packaging, fast delivery and good website

Having read a couple of glowing reviews from people who had used Dragon Cavern, I decided, for my next board game purchase, to try them and well.... Their service is what can only describe as above and beyond anyone else I have used, board game or otherwise.
Having a query as to the estimated day of arrival for the game, I was surprised in receiving a phone call in answer to my email from the OWNER of the company no less assuring me of the date of delivery.
THEN, through no fault of their own, the courier "ahem!" Couldn't deliver it (hmmmmm), I called them to see what could be done, only for them to immediately send a second copy out for the very next day, which I DID receive. The evening prior to that, I received a second call from the owner explaining everything and was incredibly apologetic, despite it not being their fault. A top notch service from a top notch team. Visited in store today and had a fantastic experience with this brilliant games shop! They stock the widest variety of board, card, dice, miniature, and roleplay games of anywhere I’ve been!

The owner’s partner was welcoming and knowledgeable about the games, offering to talk us through various products that might best suit my after school games club players. I even ended up compiling a new “Games to buy” list for the future!

Came away with a small bundle of games and accessories at extremely competitive prices, and will be happy to return and recommend Dragon Cavern to all gamers.

Ordered Game with a very affordable upgrade price to DPD and got it next day and had a card in the box, hand written saying thank you for my order which was a very nice touch.
